From the programme: TONICA HUNTER (they/she), originally from London and based in Vienna, works across curation, teaching, and sonic practice. In this performance, Hunter explores the sounds within them and their references: humming, singing, vocal stims, re-membered melodies and sonic fragments that move through the subconscious as a place where Black life dares toward futures and seeks refuge from the rhythms of labor and its constraints.
