untitled (keep singing) CIVA - Belvedere 21

Invited by the artist Evan Ifekoya and curaotr Djamila Grandits (CIVA), I was commissioned to produce a sonic activitation of Evan's sound sculpture The Vibration (Sun Light) ~ Resonant Frequencies and hold a live listening lecture to activate it exploring the parts of the soundscape: a self produced narrative landscape with sampled poetry, texts and conversations with family members.

In memory of my late cousin Elisha Hunter who encouraged me not to stop making music (keep on singing) after seeing me share my first singer/songwriter-related residency that summer. <3
